Venue
The conference will be held on the MIT Campus, with plenary sessions in Wong Auditorium.
While the formal start will be Wednesday morning, July 6, several optional workshops will be held on Tuesday, July 5th prior to a welcome reception that evening.
The weekend prior to the conference is the US holiday for independence day. Many tourism events will be held, including the famous 4th of July concert and fireworks. If planning to arrive a few days early, please be sure to book hotels soon.
Travel
Airport

The closest and most convenient airport is BOS ("Logan") airport. Generally the rates to this airport are competitive. The trip by taxi, hire car, or subway to MIT is short.

Boston public transportation is robust and the city near MIT and in the Boston Back Bay area are very walkable. A rental car is not necessary. If required, parking is not provided by the conference, but several public parking sites are nearby (at a cost).

Many hotels in Cambridge and Boston are walkable to the venue or nearby a subway station for a short ride to the MBTA Kendall stop on the red line.
